Nothing is so beautiful as Spring –
When weeds, in wheels, shoot long and lovely and lush;
Thrush’s eggs look little low heavens, and thrush
Through the echoing timber does so rinse and wring
The ear, it strikes like lightnings to hear him sing;
The glassy peartree leaves and blooms, they brush
The descending blue; that blue is all in a rush
With richness; the racing lambs too have fair their fling.
What is all this juice and all this joy?
A strain of the earth’s sweet being in the beginning
In Eden garden. – Have, get, before it cloy,
Before it cloud, Christ, lord, and sour with sinning,
Innocent mind and Mayday in girl and boy,
Most, O maid’s child, thy choice and worthy the winning.

wheel: a circular object that revolves on an axle.
shoot: move suddenly and rapidly in a particular direction.
lush: (of vegetation) growing luxuriantly.

Thrush’s eggs look little low heavens, and thrush
Thrush: توکا
heaven: بهشت

Through the echoing timber does so rinse and wring
echoing:
timber: wood prepared for use in building and carpentry.
rinse: آبکشی کردن
wring: چلاندن
برگردان پارسی: و توکا، از لابه لای درختان پژواکگر و طنین افکن، چنین گوشتان را میشوید و میفشرد، (گویی آوای زیبای توکا در جنگل، گوش شما را مانند تن پوش چرک، شست و شو می دهد و آن را پاک می کند و می چلاند.)
گوشزد: الوار در این جا مجاز از درختان و جنگل است.

lightning: آذرخش

peartree: گلابی بن، امرودبن، درخت گلابی
brush: remove (dust or dirt) by sweeping or scrubbing. we’ll be able to brush the mud off easily.

The descending blue; that blue is all in a rush
descend: move or fall downward.
rush: a surging of emotion

With richness; the racing lambs too have fair their fling.

fair: منصفانه
have fair their fling: با آزادی و شادمانی جستوخیز کردن، بازیگوشانه سرکشی کردن
