Ring’d with the azure world, he stands.

He clasps the crag with crooked hands;

clasp: grasp (something) tightly with one’s hand.

crag: a steep or rugged cliff or rock face.

crooked: bent or twisted out of shape or out of place. / خمیده

Close to the sun in lonely lands,

Ring’d with the azure world, he stands.

Ring’d: Ringed. / حلقه شده، محصور شده

Azure: bright blue in color like a cloudless sky

The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls;

wrinkled: (especially of fabric or the skin) having wrinkles or slight folds. / پرچین

beneath: at a lower level or layer.

crawl: move forward on the hands and knees or by dragging the body close to the ground.

He watches from his mountain walls,

And like a thunderbolt he falls.
